These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of seeifyouqualify.care (the "Site"), operated by Mindcry Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What this Site is
This Site is advertising for insurance products. Its purpose is to let you request information and be connected with a licensed insurance agent or agency.
We are not an insurance company. We do not issue policies, underwrite coverage, or decide claims. Insurance is offered through licensed agents and issued by licensed insurance companies.
3. Not government affiliated
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Medicare, Medicaid, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Social Security Administration, or any other federal, state or local government agency or program. Information on this Site about government programs is general in nature, summarized from publicly available sources, may change, and is not a statement about your individual eligibility.
We do not assist with, advise on, or charge any fee in connection with applications for VA benefits. Free assistance with VA benefit claims is available from VA-accredited representatives and Veterans Service Organizations.
4. No insurance, legal, tax or medical advice
Nothing on this Site is insurance advice, legal advice, tax advice, or medical advice. Content is general information only. Insurance needs differ from person to person. You should speak with a licensed insurance agent about your own situation, and with your own professional advisors where appropriate.
5. No guarantee of eligibility, coverage or price
Completing the eligibility form does not mean you have applied for insurance, been approved for insurance, or been issued a policy. It is a request to be contacted.

Benefit amounts, daily benefit levels, maximum benefit periods, riders, issue ages and availability vary by plan and by state, and the products described are not available in every state. Figures shown on this Site — including maximum daily and monthly benefit amounts — represent the highest available plan level and are not a promise of what any individual will receive. Actual terms are governed solely by the policy and the outline of coverage issued by the insurance company.
6. Contact and consent
If you submit the form, you expressly consent to be contacted at the number provided by us and by licensed insurance agents and agencies we work with, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. 7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only your own information or information you are authorized to provide, and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated means to submit information.

Licensed insurance agents and agencies who contact you are independent of this Site unless we state otherwise. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their conduct, advice or the products they offer. Your dealings with them, and any policy you purchase, are between you, that agent, and the issuing insurance company.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, text and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission. Product names and trademarks belonging to insurance companies or other third parties are the property of their respective owners.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that information on it is complete, accurate or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
