Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
First, the important part. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing. When you submit our form, we share what you entered with licensed insurance agents so they can contact you — that is the whole purpose of the form, and it is not a sale.
Some state privacy laws define "sharing" broadly enough to include advertising measurement. This page lets you opt out of that, and lets you ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you.
What you can request
- Opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information, including for targeted advertising
- Delete the personal information we hold about you
- Access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct personal information that is inaccurate
- Stop contacting you by phone, text or email
How to make a request
Send us a request by any of these methods:
Email: [PRIVACY EMAIL]
Phone: [PHONE NUMBER]
Mail: Mindcry Inc., 4134 Lake Conway Woods, Orlando, FL 32812
To help us find your record, please include:
- The full name and phone number you submitted
- The state you live in
- Which request you are making from the list above
Text messages and phone calls
To stop text messages immediately, reply STOP to any message you receive. To stop phone calls, tell the caller to add you to their internal do-not-call list, or use any of the contact methods above.
Browser opt-out signals
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, where required by law.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof that you authorized them, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly.
How we handle requests
We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within the time required by applicable law — generally within 45 days, with an extension where permitted. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We may not be able to delete certain records where the law requires us to keep them — for example, records of the consent you gave to be contacted, which telemarketing rules require us to retain. If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to our response.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
